I love it here! Cool weather veggies hitting in 2 weeks. Tomatoes, strawberries and herbs are all in the racks. Just look at my yard thanks to Star!

I went to purchase an outdoor pipe for my landscaping system. The two gentlemen, who assisted me were very helpful and friendly. They assured that I had the right thing and it worked out perfectly. My joy was short-lived when the female cashier was both rude and indifferent. When I returned a short time later, to return a few PCV pipes that I did not need, the person standing at the door, turned his back towards me, and would not acknowledge my presence. Very insulting. However, when another customer came in shortly afterwards, this same employee not only greeted him, but held the door open for him also. Which is why I rated them four stars and not five.

I love walking through Star Nursery... happy smells, happy energy. Every employee is knowledgeable (so far) and openly helpful. Prices are great! variety is plentiful. Today we purchased some grasses for adding "interest" to our admittedly boring backyard. Little additions here and there makes for never-ending fun and growth 🥰

Thank you so very much to the gentleman who helped me with the tabletop tree stand tonight. We delivered a load of Christmas trees and after I went inside to pick up a little tree. We were able to go home for a couple of days after this since this was our last stop. Being gone during the holidays is really hard on us truck drivers and our families. I just wanted to leave a little tree at home for everyone since we can't be home. Just a couple minutes of his time made our holidays a lot better. Thank you and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. And by the way, the tree didn't fall over once the entire drive home.

Horribly incompetent. Could not get a simple order correct. They apparently didn't have the paperwork to get the order delivered on time. Then when I called about the missed delivery, I was given no apologies just excuses. " It's Windy" is not an acceptable excuse. Get real. I don't recommend this place if you have a time sensitive job.
